This site is informational. It exists so that the right person can make themselves known to OLAS.

Membership is by invitation

OLAS is a private, curated network. You may request a private invitation, but doing so creates no entitlement to membership, nor any obligation on OLAS to respond, admit, or explain a decision. Every prospective member is vetted, and membership is extended solely at the discretion of OLAS. Membership is free to those invited; it is never bought or sold.

Participation

OLAS is a community, not a broadcast. Members are expected to take part — to contribute counsel, to engage candidly with peers, and to keep the confidence of the room. What is shared within OLAS is given in confidence and is not to be repeated or attributed outside it.

Your submission

Please provide accurate information and only your own details. How we handle what you send is set out in the privacy notice.

Intellectual property

The OLAS name, the Seal and the other marks, together with the text and design of this site, are the property of OLAS ApS and may not be copied or used without permission.

No warranties; liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, OLAS is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction.
